As CEO of REMCON, Ronen brings more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry to our clients. He knows customers say more than once that REMCON shines above others because the company is a single source for the entire design and construction process. During our initial consult, you share your dream remodel, and if the price is right, Ronen takes it from there to make it happen.

Project Manager
Lia has been working at REMCON Design Build since its inception. In her current role as project manager, she spends her days overseeing the scheduling and progress of many of REMCON’s projects. One of the things she loves the most about her job is developing relationships with clients and helping them see the progression of their vision coming to life. Lia is married and loves the outdoors including hiking and rock climbing. She is also a true animal lover, sharing her home with a dog, cats, chickens, and more.

Anne Dirickson
Office Accountant
Anne moved to San Diego from Brazil in 2007. She earned a degree in international business. After working for several years, she and her husband decided to start a family. They now have three children. Anne decided to return to the workforce as an accountant at REMCON in 2017. In her role, she manages client billing, vendor payments, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. When she is not working Anne loves spending time at the beach with her family and friends.
