Our 4-Step Design Build Process
When you’re looking for a home remodeling partner, you want to know the process will run smoothly. At REMCON Design Build, from day one our team walks with you, guiding you from start to finish of the entire process.
Step 1 - Getting Started
Your initial consultation with one of our design consultants is the first step in our process. This consultation typically occurs in your home (we have virtual consultations during COVID-19), where we’ll discuss your goals, budget, design ideas, and how Remcon can help.
Step 2 - Design Concepts Meeting
We’ll next meet to review and discuss the design concepts created from our initial consultation as well as present a detailed estimate. We’ll also discuss any new recommendations. Together, we’ll select a working design and begin discussing materials and fixtures.
Step 3 - Finalizing Design
Next, our team takes another look at your goals and budget to ensure our design concept and preliminary sketches will meet your needs. At this point, you’ll have a good sense of what your project will look like. We’ll also deliver suggestions for fixtures and materials.
Step 4 - Construction
We obtain the permits required for home remodeling in San Diego and assign a project manager. Then the work begins! You’ll meet with your project manager weekly to discuss progress until your project is complete.
